Dar forma de bolinho, recheiar e fritar em óleo quente.<br />

coentro.Após, retire o ramo de coentro, e leve a batata ao liquidificador com a água do
cozimento, bata e reserve. A seguir, em uma panela, frite os cubinhos do
bacon em um fio de azeite extra virgem. Quando estiver torradinho,
acrescente a batata batida, cozinhe um pouco e acrescente o queijo, não esquecendo de temperar com o sal e pimenta.Por último, a cebolinha. Sirva em porções conforme o seu gosto.
